Meditation Teacher Training

Meditation Teacher Training

This Meditation Teacher Training is an all-inclusive course for yoga teachers and experienced meditators. This is not a cookie-cutter script memorization; this course lays out how meditation occurs, what gets in the way, and how to guide others in meditation that feels natural and authentic.

The recordings were taken from an actual live Meditation Teacher Training, so it will feel like you are right there in the room with me (while saving a lot of money on the original course cost!) You will hear comments and feedback on the meditations which will enrich your learning experience.

The video content is 6 hours long, and your time investment in working with the meditations should take you another 5-6 hours for practice. There is no hurry, and you should do this at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Also, your purchase of this course makes me your personal mentor via Zoom, or in-person at my studio in Yorba Linda, CA. After you have viewed all the content and practiced with the meditations, contact me to schedule a 1:1 to discuss the material together and have a Q & A.

Be sure to print out the Extras provided with this course, which is your handbook and worksheets. When you're done, I'll send you your certificate. So let's get started, and I look forward to shining the light for you on your path to being a Certified Meditation Teacher!
