This is a simple meditation using a strand of beads to focus the mind and breath. Instruction on getting seated and how to use your strand of bead in the meditation occurs during the first 5 minutes followed by 10 minutes of meditation. In typical zen fashion, the meditation is silent, so no music is playing in the background that might distract you from your breathing.
