Balance & Stability
Feel more comfortable standing on one foot, or two! From the floor to the core, this class will cover basic anatomy, the principles of balance, and exercises to improve strength and posture. Note: It is not expected that all participants be able to stand on one foot. Much of this workshop applies to standing on two feet, but we use chairs for safety and comfort during balance practice.
