Reiki is extremely creative in its power to transform thoughts into actions! In this 3rd and final video of the reiki 1 course, we use the reiki symbols you learned to practice empowering goals and affirmations. This is one way reiki can help transcend old patterns and limiting beliefs.

Have your handbook ready and follow along with the diagrams of the symbols and say the name of the symbols and their invocation aloud to assist the learning process. After this training, you may continue to say them in your mind.

The construction of a goal or affirmation is very personal, so I have edited the video to protect the participants' privacy.
